If you cannot attend, please cancel with at least 24 hours notice, otherwise we may need to charge a fee for our lost time
To pay your fees when requested

To inform us if you are unhappy with any aspect of our practice. We welcome feedback from our patients as an opportunity to improve our service
We would ask you to recommend us to your friends and family
If you are unhappy with any aspect of the care provided in our practice we ask you please to tell us. We endeavour always to take care of our patients in a friendly and sympathetic manner and to the highest possible standards. However, we are only human and inevitably problems can arise.
Where problems do arise we encourage our patients to tell us so that we may correct the problem and improve our service. We have a complaints procedure, copies of which are available to all of our patients on request.
